To deliver the service, to bill you for it, and to provide support. We also use aggregated, non-identifying information to improve the service.

3. Who we share it with

Our payment processor, in order to take payment. Our AI, voice and telecommunications providers, in order to answer and transcribe calls and messages. Any CRM, calendar or other integration you choose to connect.

We do not sell customer data or the data of your callers and leads.

4. Who controls the call and lead data

Call audio, transcripts, chat transcripts and lead details are processed on behalf of your business. Your business is the controller of that data and we process it on your instructions.

5. How long we keep it

Call recordings and transcripts, chat transcripts and lead records are retained for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards so that records can be recovered or handed back.

You can ask us to delete recordings, transcripts or lead data at any time using the contact details below.

6. Access and deletion

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to the contact details below and we will respond within the time the law allows.
