Terms of Service
Last updated: August 15, 2026
These terms apply to your use of 24/7 Answer. By starting a trial or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
24/7 Answer provides an AI agent that answers your business phone calls, replies to your website chat, and sends automated text replies to new leads who submit their details to you. The service is provided on a subscription basis that begins when your agent goes live.
We build and configure the agent using information you give us during setup and information published on your website.
2. Fees and billing
A one-time setup fee of $400 is charged at signup. It covers the build, configuration and launch of your agent.
Your monthly subscription of $497 begins on the date your agent goes live and you have approved it, and recurs monthly on that date. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
3. Setup fee — non-refundable
The $400 setup fee is non-refundable once the build has begun, as it covers work performed on your behalf.
4. Money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service during your first 30 days from go-live, notify us and we will refund your first monthly fee of $497. This guarantee applies to the monthly service fee only and does not apply to the setup fee.
5. Cancellation
Cancel any time. No contract, no cancellation fee. Your service continues to the end of the period you have already paid for and then ends. We do not prorate partial months.
6. Refunds
Beyond the 30-day guarantee in section 4, monthly fees are non-refundable, including for partial months. This does not affect rights you have under applicable law.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us about your business, including your hours, services, prices and policies. The agent answers using what you provide.
You are responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply to your business, and for having the right to authorise us to answer calls and messages on your behalf.
8. Text messaging
Business text messaging in the United States runs through a carrier registration process that every business number must clear. We file this registration during your setup. Approval times are set by the carriers and are outside our control, so we cannot commit to a date on which text messaging will become active.
Automated texts are sent only to people who submitted their contact details to you and agreed to be contacted. Every message identifies your business and includes opt-out instructions.
9. Call recording and consent
The service may record and transcribe calls in order to provide written summaries. Laws on recording calls differ from state to state, and some states require all parties to consent.
You are responsible for ensuring that call recording is disclosed and consented to as the law requires where you and your callers are located. We can configure a spoken disclosure at the start of calls on request.
10. Service availability
We target 99.9% call answering and aim to keep the service continuously available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Phone networks, carriers and third-party providers can fail in ways outside our control.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
12. Termination by us
We may suspend or end the service if you do not pay, if you use the service unlawfully, or if your use puts our providers or other customers at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
